**Operation Specifications**:

1. When using, straighten the wire. Tighten it 1 - 2 turns per meter according to the lay direction of the steel wire rope. Use a special hydraulic pliers to compact the joint of the diamond bead wire, turning the diamond bead wire into a closed - loop. Then, put it on the power wheel of the wire saw machine for use.

2. During use, try to avoid cutting at sharp angles to prevent damaging the wire. If necessary, add supporting guide wheels to increase the turning angle of the diamond bead wire during cutting.

3. If the rubber strip in the guide wheel wears out, the fit between the wire saw and the guide wheel will deteriorate, increasing the risk of slipping, affecting the linear velocity of the wire saw, and thus the cutting efficiency. Replace the rubber strip of the guide wheel in a timely manner if necessary.

4. Keep up with the cooling water in a timely manner and ensure the water flow. Otherwise, the fixing rubber of the diamond bead wire may overheat and age, affecting the fastening effect and causing the beads to loosen.

5. During cutting, pay attention to the traveling speed of the wire saw machine to ensure that the tension of the diamond bead wire is neither too small nor too large. If the tension is too small, the cutting speed will be slow and the wire is likely to come off the machine. If the tension is too large, the wire saw will wear out faster, and there is a risk of wire breakage at the joint.

6. When the wire saw is not in use, release the tension. It is advisable to put it away and store it in a dry place.

    7 - 2 At the construction site, safety isolation facilities (such as isolation boards) and personal protection measures must be set up around the working surface of the wire saw before construction is allowed.
